Company: Location: Salary Range: Employee Type: Travelers Hartford, CT $0 Full-Time Req'd Education: Req'd Experience: Req'd Travel: Relocation Covered: Industry Information Technology Job Description: Under minimum supervision completes programming/analysis which include but is not limited to analysis, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, implementing   programs of average to above average complexity.  Assists in providing software package configuration changes to the HP Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) software package.  May assist in supporting with basic Operational support, change control processes and sharing technical knowledge.  Requirements: Demonstrate and expand proficiency in  programming skills utilizing SQL, analysis and problem solving skills - Display and develop solid understanding of Oracle 10g and Database concepts - Develop skills necessary to review and analyze HP/PPM software package configuration capabilities and identify/ execute most efficient way to expand the tools functionality and interfaces - Works on multiple tasks and may be required to orient new team members - Develops skills to accurately estimating  tasks - Develop solid understanding of the operations environment in which the software runs and  skills necessary to provide backup support of basic operational tasks as  needed - Develop knowledge and skills around  creating change tickets necessary to move development changes through the regions
